Adriano Selva
Adriano Selva (born Adriano Lopes da Silva on September 30, 1998 in Luxembourg) is a Luxembourgish electro-pop and pop singer-songwriter of Italian and Portuguese heritage. He began playing piano at age six and studied music at LIPA in Liverpool and later art history and musicology in Brussels. Launching his career under the names Adrian and then CHAiLD (2019–2025), he earned early acclaim by winning prizes at the 2018 Screaming Fields festival and releasing successful singles such as Chimney Sweeper, Sick Water, and Ocean Boy. In early 2025, he adopted the stage name Adriano Selva and co-wrote “Kiss Kiss Goodbye,” the Czech entry for Eurovision 2025.
